These Terms of Service govern use of the Lambert's Distributors, Inc. website and secure picking-sheet application. By using the website or the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the application.

The website is publicly available for informational purposes. The picking-sheet application is limited to authorized sales representatives and customers who are at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business account. Access is by invitation only, and no public account registration is available.

You may use the website and application only for legitimate business purposes related to your account with Lambert's Distributors, Inc. You may not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, interfere with the operation of the services, or use them in violation of any law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share invitations, credentials, or passwords. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Verify that submitted quantities, items, and account details are accurate
• Keep customer information confidential and use it only for account purposes

• Limit application access to individuals authorized by your business

Picking sheets must be complete, legible, and submitted for a valid account. Submission of a picking sheet is a request and is not confirmation of availability, pricing, or delivery. We may decline, adjust, or request clarification on any submission.

Orders submitted through the application are subject to product availability, credit standing, applicable minimums, and confirmation by Lambert's Distributors, Inc. Submitted orders may not be changed after processing begins.

Add-ons must reference an existing order and be submitted before that order is processed for delivery. Add-ons received after processing may be scheduled for a later delivery.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any picking sheets, documents, or other content you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to provide. You grant us permission to store and process uploaded content as needed to operate the application and fulfill your account activity.

Users may receive or send secure account invitation links by email or through a phone messaging application. Customers invited by text create a password and sign in with the mobile number associated with the invitation.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Lambert's Distributors does not send marketing or promotional messages through this transactional messaging program.

Program Name. Lambert's Distributors Sheet Snap Transactional SMS Notifications.

Program Description. Lambert's Distributors may offer optional automated transactional text messages associated with Sheet Snap, including order submission confirmations, order status notifications, sales representative notifications, and related account activity.

Consent. SMS participation is optional. Consent to receive automated SMS messages is not required to create an account or use Lambert's Sheet Snap. Providing a mobile telephone number does not by itself constitute consent. Users must affirmatively opt in before automated SMS notifications are enabled.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on account and order activity.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an automated SMS message or by changing their SMS preferences within Sheet Snap when available.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Lambert's Distributors using the contact information provided on this website.

Carrier Disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is handled according to the Lambert's Distributors Privacy Policy. See also our SMS Messaging page.

We aim to keep the website and application available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend access to the application if we suspect unauthorized use, a security concern, an account issue, or a violation of these terms.

Wholesale credit accounts are reviewed when the application is submitted and at the time of approval or classification. Lambert's does not perform periodic credit re-reviews, automatic account monitoring, or routine re-checks of open accounts.

Credit information obtained during the application process is used only for the initial credit decision and, where applicable, to collect past-due amounts. If Lambert's later takes adverse action based on a credit report, it will provide the notice required by law.

Returned payments. A $150 fee is charged for any check or ACH debit that is returned or dishonored for any reason, in addition to the amount owed and any other amounts permitted by law and your signed account documents.

Past-due balances. Account balances more than 30 days past due accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the unpaid balance, or the highest rate permitted by applicable law if lower, until paid in full.

These charges apply to wholesale credit accounts and are in addition to any collection costs, attorney fees, or court costs permitted by your signed credit application, personal guarantee, ACH authorization, security agreement, or applicable law.

We may terminate access to the application at any time, including when a business relationship ends or when these terms are violated. You may request termination of your account access by contacting us.

The website, the picking-sheet application, and their content, design, and software are owned by Lambert's Distributors, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

The website and application are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lambert's Distributors, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the website or the application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lambert's Distributors, Inc. from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of content you upload, information you provide that is inaccurate or that you had no right to provide, or your use of the website or application in violation of these terms or applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Unless applicable law requires another venue, disputes arising from use of the website or the application will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Floyd County, Indiana. Separate signed documents — such as a credit application, personal guarantee, ACH authorization, or security agreement — are governed by their own terms where those terms address governing law or venue.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the website or application means you accept the updated terms.
