This Privacy Policy explains how Lambert's Distributors, Inc. ("Lambert's Distributors," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website, our wholesale account and credit application, and our secure picking-sheet application. The picking-sheet application is available only to authorized sales representatives and customers.

• Names and contact information of authorized users
• Customer and account information, including business account details
• Phone numbers and email addresses
• Uploaded picking sheets and related documents
• Application activity, such as submitted orders, add-ons, and related timestamps

If you apply for a wholesale account or credit account, we also collect the information described in the next section.

When you apply for a wholesale account, request credit terms, sign a personal guarantee, or authorize ACH payments, we collect the information needed to evaluate and administer that application, which may include:

• Business legal name, DBA, entity type, EIN, addresses, and state tax identifiers
• Bank and trade references you list in the application
• For a personal guarantor: legal name, residence address, date of birth, and Social Security number
• For ACH authorization: bank name, routing number, account number, and account type
• Uploaded documents such as resale certificates, business or tobacco licenses, a driver's license image, and a voided check
• Electronic signature records, including the document version signed, the date and time, and technical information about the signing session

Social Security numbers and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Lambert's staff see only the last four digits. Full values can be opened only by the owner, only for account setup or administration, and every such access is logged.

With your authorization, we may obtain business credit reports and — when an individual signs a personal guarantee — a consumer credit report about that individual, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Credit information is used only to evaluate the application, set the account classification, credit limit, and payment terms, and collect amounts that become past due. Credit information is stored in restricted systems, is never sold, and is never used for marketing. If we take adverse action based in whole or in part on a credit report, we will send you a notice stating the specific reasons and the reporting agency's name and contact information, together with your right to a free copy of the report and to dispute its accuracy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers as necessary to operate our services, with credit reporting and reference sources as described in your application authorizations, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Lambert's may assist authorized users in preparing transactional invitation messages and account-related messages. Text invitations are initiated by an authorized administrator or sales representative through the messaging app on their own device. Messages may relate to account invitations, account activation, order notifications, add-on notifications, and customer support.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

Lambert's Distributors does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information and does not share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We may also send account-related email messages, such as invitations, order and add-on confirmations, and support responses.

If you choose to receive automated SMS communications from Lambert's Distributors, we may collect your mobile telephone number and records relating to your SMS consent, messaging preferences, and opt-out status.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers solely as necessary to support operation of our services and delivery of communications. Such service providers may process information only as necessary to provide those services and subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Automated SMS communications may include transactional Sheet Snap notifications related to order submissions, order status, sales representative notifications, and related account activity.

We use service providers to operate our website and picking-sheet application, including hosting, data storage, and email delivery providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect account information, application information, uploaded documents, and stored records, including encryption of Social Security numbers and bank account numbers at rest, masked display of sensitive values, owner-only and logged access to full values, and access controls that limit the application to authorized users. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we discover that personal information was accessed or acquired by an unauthorized person in a way that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and any required authorities within the time the law requires, using the contact information we have on file. For Indiana residents, notification follows the Indiana breach-notification statute (Ind. Code ch. 24-4.9); for Kentucky residents, the Kentucky breach-notification statute (Ky. Rev. Stat. ch. 365.732). We will include the information the applicable statute requires, such as what happened, what information was involved, and the steps you can take in response.

We retain account information, picking sheets, orders, and related records for as long as the account is active and afterward as needed to meet business, accounting, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or otherwise remove it from active use.

Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not remove an account or stop account-related email that is necessary to operate the account.

To request deletion of an account or of personal information associated with an account, contact us using the information below. We will verify the request and process it subject to records we are required to retain.

Our website and application may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, to keep authorized users signed in to the application, and to understand basic usage. Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies, though some features may not work properly without them.

Our website and application are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
