Lambert's Distributors SMS Messaging

Automated SMS notifications are intended only for account and order-related communications after a user has activated their Sheet Snap account and affirmatively opted in to text message notifications.

Messages may include:

• Order submission confirmations
• Order status notifications
• Notifications to sales representatives regarding customer order activity
• Other transactional Sheet Snap account-related communications

Lambert's Distributors does not use this SMS program for unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

• Participation in Lambert's automated SMS program is optional.
• Eligible Sheet Snap users provide their own mobile phone number and must affirmatively select an optional SMS consent checkbox before automated text notifications can be sent.
• The checkbox is unchecked by default.
• Consent to receive automated text messages is not required to create an account or use Lambert's Sheet Snap service.
• Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
• Message frequency varies based on account and order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of automated SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Initial Sheet Snap invitations may be personally sent by a Lambert's administrator or sales representative using the sender's own mobile phone and Messages application.

These person-to-person invitation messages are separate from Lambert's automated SMS notification program.

Permission to receive a personal invitation message does not enroll the recipient in automated SMS notifications. Automated SMS consent must be provided separately by the recipient after activation.

This example shows the automated SMS consent disclosure presented to eligible Lambert's Sheet Snap users. Consent is optional, the checkbox is unchecked by default, and users may continue using Sheet Snap without agreeing to receive automated text messages.

Lambert's Distributors is not currently using this website to enroll users in automated SMS messaging. This page provides information about the SMS program and the consent process used by Lambert's Sheet Snap if automated messaging is activated in the future.
